Job description

We are looking for a java /J2EE developer to work on Front Office applications for a large account customer in the insurance field.

Missions:

  • You take charge of design and development in Agile mode in collaboration with Product Owners. You maintain and evolve existing applications (B2B & B2C Web Portals)
  • You bring your expertise in Java development and propose improvements.
  • Participation in the testing and recipe phases.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of our services.
  • You actively participate in the life of the team, its agile transformation and the evolution of the software stack.
  • You carry out a regular technological watch in order to continue your skills development.
  • You work in collaboration with the project owner and the other subsidiaries of the group (English essential).
Profile sought

Bac +4/5 – Engineering School

4 to 5 years of experience in Java/J2EE computer studies and developments on Extranet/Internet type projects Ability to analyze and synthesize

Interpersonal skills

Technical skills required:

  • DBMS: Sybase (SQL)
  • HTTP server: Apache 2.0.
  • Application server: WebLogic 11 (or J2EE platform).
  • Web languages: Java J2EE (Design Patterns, Servlet, EJB, JDBC, JNDI), Webservices, ANT, XML/XSL, JS, HTML, CSS, JMS.
  • Development tool: Eclipse, CAST (or TOAD), SVN, GitHub, Maven, Hudson or Jenkins, Apache FOP
