Context:
Loan IQ’s Back/Middle Office Structured Finance mission consists in the operational management of structured finance files (Financial Credits, Buyer Credits, Supplier Credits) from various business lines (CIB Energy & Commodity Finance; Asset Finance: Real Estate, Transportation, Export Finance; Project & Leveraged Finance, Corporate Acquisition Finance, Global Transaction Banking and Loan Syndications, Corporate Loan Book CTBE and RPM) and retail banking business lines (financing solutions).

In an international environment, the main tasks of Structured Credit file management are as follows:

• Study and set up of files in the loan management system
• Management of all events occurring during the life of a file (utilization, commissions, repayments, interest)
• Ensure that funds are properly received and transactions properly accounted for (management of accounting suspense)
• Check at the end of the day that no events remain unprocessed
• Expertise and application of current procedures
• Transmission of all documents and information required by Customer Administration to create/modify payment instructions and ensure that they are correctly entered.
• Transmission of all necessary information documents to the validator to validate transactions and payments
• Interface with various internal (Middle Office, Transversal Management, Customer Administration) and external stakeholders (Banks in the banking pool if we are lead bank, Agent, stabilization organization, guarantors, Insurer, etc.).
• Handling of external claims from participating banks, the lead manager of a banking pool in which BNPP participates, the stabilization organization, the insurer, etc.
• Loan IQ’s back/middle office management role involves managing a portfolio of files and handling all the management events that may occur during the life of the file (drawdown, repayment, collection of commissions, restructuring, etc.).
