Job description

A recognized player in the market finance sector, ALGOFI is an IT services company composed of 200 people, located in the heart of Paris. As part of our development, we are looking for a Director of Administration and Finance to accompany us in our growth projects (this is a job creation).

Your missions:

  • Reporting to the President and the CEO, you will be the guarantor of the sound financial management of the company;
  • You will create solid processes that will allow us to cope with our growth and the need for management of the General Management;
  • You will support the Sales Department with consistent performance indicators that will help it advance its business;
  • You will be the privileged interlocutor of external partners (banks, firms, etc.);
  • You will develop the company’s budget, as well as financing plans;
  • You will supervise the legal part (excluding employment law): advice, commitments, contracts, dispute resolution, etc.
Profile sought

Holder of a Bac +5, you have at least 10 years of experience in this profession, including at least 3 years in a similar position. You like to structure, organize, build by being both close to the field and able to gain height. Experience in mergers and acquisitions is required for this position. If you like to take on challenges, work on the implementation of efficient processes and participate in the development of a company, this position is for you. Experience in ESN will be a plus.
