Job description

Would you like to work in a stimulating technical environment, at the heart of a major investment bank’s information systems?

Join our client’s Corporate & Investment Banking branch, to take part in a strategic project covering the entire life cycle of financial products, from Front Office to Back Office.

Mission context :

You will be part of a team in charge of developing and upgrading a complete financial operations management system, including :

  • Trade capture and pricing
  • Deals lifecycle management
  • Data persistence and interface with downstream systems (payments, confirmations, accounting)
  • Upstream integration for price contribution and execution management

Your main tasks:

  • Develop new functionalities for Front, Middle and Back Office users
  • Maintain and develop existing modules (patches and enhancements)
  • Provide level 2 and 3 application support
  • Help integrate new financial products into the system
  • Contribute to software configuration management
  • Implementing automated tests as part of a TDD approach
  • Manage releases and continuous deployment as part of a DevOps approach

Technical Environment :

  • Languages: C# / .NET
  • Database: SQL (Oracle)
  • Front-end : Angular 2+, React JS
  • Methodologies : Agile, TDD, Craftsmanship
Profile sought

Engineering degree or 5 years’ higher education in computer science

You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position

A first experience in market finance is a plus, but not mandatory

You are familiar with Agile methods and have a strong sensitivity to quality code.

You have a good level of English to work in an international context.
