We are looking for a Support and Production Engineer Electronic Markets to accompany one of our clients, a key account in market finance.

The client’s support team is in charge of the production architecture and technical support of the electronic trading platform of the Equity Pole business line (Cash and Derivatives) allowing the placing of orders and the reception of flows on the Equity and Equity Derivatives markets and hosting trading automatons. The team works closely with the development teams, the project owner and various other external software publishers.

The main tasks to be carried out are:

• Monitoring and implementing scholarship migration
• Ensure technical and functional support for all software components
• Ensure the production of the entire architecture
• Track and coordinate releases from development teams
• Provide the first level of incident analysis on these software components
• Guarantee the evolution of the support team’s tools on these tasks
• Implementation and maintenance of monitoring processes and tools
• Implementation and maintenance of reporting processes and tools
• Develop and maintain documentation on these components and the platform.
