Job description

With one of our clients specialized in asset trading on the energy market, you will work within a Front Office team on different programming languages.

Missions:
The mission will be structured around different tasks, related to the role of this team:

Ensure the continuity of service of the applications under its responsibility
Develop Excel sheets, Python or C# programs to meet trading needs
Set up industrial tools that can be taken over by a global support team
Be proactive in finding pragmatic solutions to trading needs
Be the Front’s privileged interlocutor on functional subjects (risk, P&L analysis, strategy).

Profile sought

Engineering degree or equivalent

Good analytical skills, especially when collecting needs

Strong taste for the field, motivation, autonomy, proactivity

Good management of stress and pressure vis-à-vis the trading room context

Good level of English, fluency in conversing in English

Technical skills required:

Mastery of several programming languages: VBA, Python, C#
Good expertise in relational database languages (ideally Oracle)

Required functional competencies:

Experience in the trading room on Front tools (pricing, risk, ticketing)
Good knowledge of market products (Reuters, Bloomberg, Summit)
