To support our constant growth, we are strengthening our skills center dedicated to banking finance and risk, in particular to help our customers develop and transform their information systems and processes.

In your role as a senior consultant, you will support our clients on the MOA, administration and deployment projects of finance/accounting information systems:

• Design and implementation of accounting interfaces between “Business” Operations systems and “Finance” systems;
• Administration and evolution of chart of accounts in the context of regulatory and organizational changes;
• Assist the “Accounting Control” and “Back Office” teams in their work to improve reliability and maintain accounting quality.

Your role:

• Understand and formalize the processes of processing operations managed by Business Operations Systems,
• Define all the information necessary for the feeding of the Finance synthesis systems and the production of financial statements to build accounting interfaces in compliance with the Group’s accounting rules and standards,
• Study the impacts of regulatory changes on the accounting interfaces of retail banking activity,
• Define the operational accounting schemes to be configured in the Finance accounting interpreter, which will feed all Finance platforms,
• Define the data flows required to feed the Finance summary systems in accordance with the Group’s Finance IS architecture principles,
• Meet the needs of feeding the control and certification tools of the accounts deployed in the Back Office,
• Write functional specifications for the MOA teams of Business Operations systems,
• Define the recipe strategy and the recipe book,
• Carry out the accounting revenue phases and ensure liaison and support to users,
• Participate in post-startup follow-up in relation with the Business Back Office teams and the Reporting teams,
• Carry out a production start-up report and ensure the follow-up of the action plan for the definitive correction of any anomalies,
• Ensure the maintenance of a fleet of accounting interfaces,
• Coordinate the tasks and actions of the various actors (MOA and Business users, IT teams, Reporting teams) by ensuring the quality of deliverables and compliance with budgets and schedules,
• Represent the department in project monitoring bodies.
