As part of a mission at one of our customers, we are looking for a Guarantor of the follow-up of the Production.

You will have the following missions:

• Animate with the Administrator and the TMA the daily point of Production, challenge the technical and development teams in case of incident / problem
• Control daily production reports and track events
• Follow the treatment of incidents by ensuring substantive resolutions, capitalize on incidentology
• Communicate hot in the event of an incident
• Manage crises, in collaboration with the MDS and the outsourcer
• Communicate production events to IT and users
• Ensure compliance with procedures by service providers in charge of production
• Control the quality of the services provided and challenge this quality of service in order to improve it
• Post-production follow-up of technical and application components
• Maintenance and enrichment of the knowledge base (incident, application, flow, …)
• Driving force behind proposals to industrialize Production processes and improve ISD services
• Participation in the production of statistics (KPIs) relating to the activity of the service and all outsourced services.
