ALGOFI, strengthens its teams, by recruiting a technical leader (technical referent) JAVA.

You will be responsible for the technical coordination of all the technical development of the program (developments dedicated to finance operations: trading applications, order placement tool, integration of a financial software package, etc.).

In particular, you will be responsible for the quality of the code and the development methodology:

• Definition of development best practices
• Supervise and advise developer engineers
• Perform code reviews
• Define and implement development processes and associated KPIs.
• Design and configure automated tests
• Ensure the implementation of security directives and rules.
• Define and deliver infrastructures and environments in collaboration with integration teams

The main deliverables will be:

• Technical design
• Technical recommendations
• Technical specifications
• Architecture and Technical Infrastructure
