Your role:

As part of the Trade Support EQD team, you will support traders based in Paris and London. You will be responsible for the smooth running of transactions initiated in the trading room, from their control to their validation in the systems, in compliance with regulatory constraints and deadlines set by the Front Office.

Your main tasks :

• Book, control and validate transactions according to the priorities set by the FO
• Ensure the smooth integration of operations in the PnL, Settlement, Finance and Reporting chains
• Participate in cross-functional coordination with numerous teams: FO, BO (Securities, OTC, Listed), Collateral, Documentation, Regulatory Reporting, PnL, Research, Projects, etc.
• Monitor events linked to the life of financial products (fixings, coupons, calls, expirations, barriers, early terminations, etc.).
• Monitor and model the impact of corporate actions on FO/MO systems
• Take part in a portfolio and system migration process in a Task Force context

Products concerned :

• Exotic: variance swap, dispersion, autocallable, reverse convertible, callable…
• OTC flow: vanilla trades, equity swaps, dividend swaps (index, equities, baskets)
• Listed derivatives: futures and options
• Securities: notes, convertible bonds, shares, rights…

You will need to be able to read and understand a term sheet, enter or modify products in internal booking systems (FO/MO), and ensure data quality throughout the Front-to-Back chain.
