We are looking for an Electronic Markets Support and Production Engineer to join one of our customers, a major account in market finance.

The customer’s support team is in charge of the production architecture and technical support for the electronic trading platform of the Equity business line (Cash and Derivatives), which enables orders to be placed and flows to be received on the Equity and Equity Derivatives markets, and hosts automated trading machines. The team works closely with development teams, project managers and other external software publishers.

The main tasks to be carried out are as follows:

• Monitor and implement migration operations carried out by the exchanges
• Provide technical and functional support for all software components
• Ensure production of all architecture
• Monitor and coordinate releases from development teams
• First-level analysis of incidents on these software components
• Ensure the evolution of the support team’s tools for these tasks
• Implementation and maintenance of processes and monitoring tools
• Implementation and maintenance of reporting processes and tools
• Develop and maintain documentation on these components and the platform.
