We are looking for a Business Unit Manager (M/F) to strengthen our sales team.

Reporting to our Sales Director, you will be trained in our processes and our sector of activity and you will then work independently on the management and growth of your Business Unit:

• Direct management of business engineers working on the customer perimeters he manages;
• Management and development of one or more key account clients and their subsidiaries;
• The development of a specific sales strategy for the BU for which he is responsible;
• Be the main point of contact for the customer(s) for whom he/she is responsible at the highest level (General Manager, IT Department, Business Divisions, Purchasing Department);
• Monitoring and management of framework agreements;
• Customer follow-up;
• Recruitment of employees, their follow-up and career support (annual review, training);
• To create, or maintain in SalesForce a customer file including all information in terms of sales, competition, monitoring and prospecting, it being specified that this file is the property of the company;
• To draw up a weekly report on the activity of its BU which will be sent to the Management and to ensure that the qualitative part of the scope is up to date (up-to-date SalesForce, account reviews, etc.);
• Develop monthly business action plans;
• Detection, qualification and signing of major development projects including packages or ATG;
• Ensure optimal processing of all BU tenders: response rate and quality of proposals as well as administration of customer platforms and Salesforce;
• The detection and assignment of large secondary accounts to its teams;
• The placement of employees with customers and the negotiation of estimates, it being specified that the quotes will be established in agreement with the Management, and this, before any presentation to the customer.
