Job description

We are looking for a MOA / Business Analyst Consultant to strengthen the MOA Front Office team of one of our key accounts, a major player in market finance.

Your role:

Working directly with unit managers, Front Office users (Traders, Managers, Sales, Structurers, etc.) and IT teams, you will be responsible for analyzing, specifying, coordinating and monitoring strategic Front Office projects, such as :

  • integration of Front-to-Back solutions
  • setting up online quotation and trading platforms
  • the development of electronic trading systems.

Your main tasks:

  • Analyze needs and propose solutions, taking into account organizational, technical and business constraints
  • Write functional specifications and monitor developments carried out by IT teams
  • Coordinate test phases, user acceptance tests and support production rollout
  • Lead steering committees and meetings to frame projects and monitor progress
  • Plan actions and monitor the various stages of the project
Profile sought

5-year degree in Finance or IT

You have at least 3 years’ experience as a project manager in a market finance environment (asset management, capital markets, brokerage firm, etc.).

You have a good command of financial instruments, particularly derivatives (interest rates, credit, equities).

A level of professional English is essential for success in this position
