Job description

As part of the creation of a subsidiary specializing in generalist IS, the ALGOFI Group, a recognized player in the market finance sector (200 employees, sales 2021 in excess of 25 million euros) is looking for a Sales Director who, reporting to Group Management, will be responsible for developing the sales activity of this new business.

And in particular?

  • Building the sales team,
  • Sales team management,
  • Implementation of sales strategy and business development (target customers, objectives, etc.).
  • Operational reporting (SalesForces, etc.)
  • Business management (monitoring of metrics and sales objectives, running meetings, etc.)
  • Leading the sales team (account reviews, leading prospecting sessions, etc.)
  • Provide the operational support and guidance needed to ensure the smooth running of the sales department (customer meetings, qualifications, closing, staffing requirements, drafting RFPs, RFIs, packages, etc.),
  • Carry out annual performance reviews for sales staff and consultants,
  • Contribute directly or indirectly to the recruitment of consultants,
  • Contribute to the implementation of new offers: ATG (grouped technical assistance), fixed price, service center
Profile sought

With a 5-year degree, ideally from a business school, you have experience as a sales manager in an ESN or consulting company, or you have already managed a sales team in the IT and application services sector. You are recognized for your managerial skills and are experienced in development and coaching methods. You are familiar with one or more CRMs.

Experience of setting up a package or service center is a big plus.
